Dear Taekwondo Community,

Thanks to all Athletes, Officials, Coaches, and Supporters of the 17th Annual Indy Cup held on Saturday, April 14, 2012. Due to your support and participation, we had a successful and smooth event this year. I hope you came away with valuable experience that will aid you in future events and at Nationals later this summer.

We are finalizing results for the tournament and will be posting them to this site in the next few weeks. Thank you for your patience. Each year we work to improve our event in order to provide the best possible tournament. If you participated at the Indy Cup, you may have a suggestion or idea that could improve the tournament experience for all involved. Please do not hesitate to contact me with any ideas or suggestions so that we may consider them for next year.

We have already secured at date at Lawrence North High School for the 18th Annual Indy Cup next year - Saturday, April 13, 2013 - and are planning for a great event. Please mark your calendars today. I hope you will join us!

Poomsae Seminars:
If you are interested in improving your poomsae for Nationals this year, please contact me as I will be conducting two seminars (May 19th and June 16th). More information is posted to this site and on Facebook.

2nd Annual U.S. Poomsae Champions Cup - September 2012:
This fall we will host the 2nd Annual U.S. Poomsae Champions Cup. We are in the process of finalizing a date and location. The date will be in late September and we should have things finalized in the next few weeks. In the meantime, please continue to check this website as well as our Facebook page.

The U.S. Poomsae Champions Cup is a WTF Forms Only event in which students may compete individually as well as in pairs or teams. Competitors must know at least two poomsae well in order to compete as this event which follows WTF internationally established standards.
